Robert Walter Fauber, Jr.

ROBERT W. FAUBER, JR. STAUNTON, VA Robert Walter "Bubba" Fauber, Jr., 67, husband of Bessie Marie (Deaver) Fauber, of 1416 Aiken Street, died Sunday, December 29, 2013, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville. He was born November 11, 1946, in Staunton, a son of the late Robert W., Sr. and Jean Laferne (Wine) Fauber. Prior to retirement, Mr. Fauber was employed by Fauber Freightways, Inc. as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis W. Fauber. In addition to his wife, family members include three children and their spouses, Robert "Andy" and Lisa Fauber, Connie Fauber-Ferrier, and Frances and John Knott; five grandchildren, Delaney Fauber, Cierra and Cheyenne Fauber-Ferrier, Naomi Fetty and Kegan Knott; and a brother and sister-in-law, Herbert "Rick" and Karen Fauber. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2014, in Pleasant View Evangelical Lutheran Church by the Rev. Kenneth Price. His remains will be interred at a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery at a family gathering. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2014, in the Henry Funeral Home.
