Ronald F. Mckee

STAUNTON, VA Ronald F. McKee, 79, of 819 Fisher Circle, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015, at his residence. He was born May 1, 1936, in Alleghany County, to the late Roller R. McKee and Lillian C. McKee. He was a graduate of Craigsville High School and he served his country for four years in the Navy during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Noel McKee. He leaves behind two brothers and a sister-in-law, Donald L. McKee and Gerald R. McKee and wife, Evelyn S. McKee, all of Staunton; many special friends, Reba Buchanan and family, Mike and Carol Johnson, Otis and Mary Carpenter, Bob and Peggy Lynch, Keith and Christie Piner, Betty Wade, Pete Martin, John Allen, Bucky Miller, Betty Piner, Shirley Lotts, Jr. Brown, and Frank Hildebrand; and a number of cousins. At his request he is to be cremated with no services. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1445 E. Rio Road, Suite 104, Charlottesville, VA 22901.
