Roy Larry Sprouse, Jr

Roy Larry Sprouse, Jr., 42, went home to rest Sunday, April 28, 2019, at his residence.             He is survived by his wife, Wendi Sprouse; a son, Asher Strickler; two daughters, Brianna Hepler and Sadie Jade Strickler; his mother, Carolyn S. White; a sister, April Sprouse; a nephew, Elijah; and a niece, Amiya.             He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Sprouse, Sr. and step-father, Greg White.             Roy was a previous long time employee of Gum Logging as a skidder operator. Roy loved being outdoors, and was always trying to put a smile on everyone’s face. No kinder or giving soul could be found.             He will be missed by so many until we get to see him again.             The family will receive friends Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Henry Funeral Home.             A funeral service will be conducted Friday, May 3, 2019, at 1 p.m. in Henry Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hebron Presbyterian Church Cemetery.             Active pallbearers will be Troy Wilcher, Kenny Cash, Zane Pullen, Jimmy Harris, Ivan Gum, and Elijah White.             Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Love, Jim Gum, and Calvin Gum.             Condolences may be sent to the family at www.henryfuneralhome.net .
