RUSSELL  DUFFEY STUARTS DRAFT, VA…             Russell “Duff” Duffey, 83, husband of Darlene (Daniel) Duffey, of Stuarts Draft, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at his residence.             A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 in Mt.
