Ruth Alean (Clark) Martin

RUTH C. MARTIN DEERFIELD, VA…    Ruth Alean (Clark) Martin, 65, of 2990 Deerfield Valley Road, died Friday, December 11, 2015, at her residence. She was born December 7, 1950 in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Alonzo Jackson and Daisy Ellen Clark.             Family members include two daughters, Angela K. “Wendy” Martin and Kimberly D. Martin and Sandy; two brothers, Curtis and Bobby Clark and Leroy and Donna Clark; three sisters, Ann and Kenny Armstrong, Alice Styles, and Faye and Pete Fitzgerald; and BJ and Aaron Howdyshell and StormiDawn Alean Martin.     The family would like to thank Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah and all who cared for mom during her illness, and a special thanks to Sandy Martin.        A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2015 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
