Richard “Ricky” Andrew Small, 66, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Augusta Health.
He was born on July 23, 1955 in Staunton to the late George Andrew and Mona Pauline (Hiner) Small.
Ricky was a hard-working carpenter for nearly 50 years. He enjoyed camping and fishing trips with friends.
He is survived by his son, Zach Small (Kasi Armentrout); a special friend, Kim Bradley; seven siblings, Janet Hiner Bowers, Debbie Riley (Gary), Teresa Harris, Laura Swain (James), Bobby Small, Pauline Detamore (Andy), and Melissa Small; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his canine friend Charlie.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M at Henry Funeral Home.
