SAMUEL K. FIELDS HARRISONBURG, VA… Samuel Kevin Fields, 54, of Harrisonburg, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born November 12, 1963 in Staunton, a son of the late Samuel Wilson Fields and Vivian Maxine (Campbell) Anthony. Mr. Fields made and hung awnings. Family members include a son, Samuel Kevin Bridge; four brothers, Tony Cash of Maryland, Jay Fields of North Carolina, Michael Fields of Staunton, and Jason McClelland of Troutville; a sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Bryon Ganson of Churchville; a brother-in-law, Tony Jarvis of Lexington; four grandchildren; special friend, Kristi Ritenour. He was preceded in death by a sister, Cheri Jarvis. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2018, in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Harold W. “Pete” Campbell. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery in Nelson County. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
