Shirley Jane Shomo

STAUNTON, VA Shirley Jane (Supple) Shomo, 80, wife of Charles H. Shomo of 1237 Cedar Green Road, Staunton died Friday, April 24, 2015 at Stuarts Draft Christian Home. Surviving family members, in addition to her husband of 61 years, include: son Scott H. Shomo and wife Sally, daughter Tamera S. Mason and husband John, five grandchildren, Justin and Cynthia Shomo, Elizabeth and William Harding, Wray and Ashley Sherman, Bryan and Megan Shomo, Hunter and Dana Shomo and 9 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 in Hebron Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be at her residence from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2015. Active pallbearers will be her grandchildren and friends, Charles Buchanan and Charles Trippel. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Women of Hebron church and friends, Ramona Lovegrove, Patricia Trippel and Shelly Truxell. The family thanks the special caregivers of Home Instead, Stuarts Draft Christian Home, Hospice of the Shenandoah and Dr. Rob Marsh.
