Shirley Ann Vest

Shirley Ann (Garris) Vest peacefully passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 after a joyful life of 81 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Grover “Bucky” Vest, as well as her parents, Dollie and Lonnie Garris, and brother, Ray Garris. She is survived by: her two sons Robbie (Deidre) Vest and Gregg (Cara) Vest, her sister, Kathy Garris, and her brother-in-law, Rudolph (Harlene) Vest. Shirley adored her five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. We invite you to celebrate Shirley’s full and wonderful life, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 1:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Cherryvale United Methodist Church, 709 Cherry Hill Dr, Staunton, with a small reception to follow. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
