Star Yvette Griffin

STAR Y. GRIFFIN CHURCHVILLE, VA Star Yvette Griffin, 53, of 220 Crawford Drive, died Thursday, December 26, 2013, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville. She was born November 4, 1960, in Aurora, CO, a daughter of Dorothy A. (Woodward) Fitzpatrick and the late Charles E. Griffin. She had worked at Kathy's, Mrs. Rowe's, and the Holiday Inn as a cook. In addition to her mother, family members include a sister and brother-in-law, Cristal L. and Bernard Harrison; three nieces; a nephew; and two great nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
