William Douglas Agnor

WILLIAM D. AGNOR STAUNTON, VA.. William Douglas Agnor, 73, of Staunton, died December 25, 2014, at his residence. Mr. Agnor was born January 25, 1941, in Augusta County, the son of the late Russell L. and Juanita (Chandler) Agnor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Agnor is survived by a son, W. Douglas Agnor, II; a granddaughter, Jessica Agnor; a brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Shirley Agnor; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Nancy and Bobby Bashlor, Kay and Wendell Desper, Pat and Tommy Desper, and Sharon Hammonds and her fiancé`, Bill Duncan; numerous nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, David Desper; two former wives, Cora Chambers and Georgia Agnor; and two special friends, Jean Slack and Wilma Harlow. Mr. Agnor was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Randy Agnor; and a brother, Robert Agnor. In accordance with his wishes, his body will be cremated and his ashes spread on family property. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
