WILLIAM F. LAW  MIDDLEBROOK, VA… William Franklin “Frank” Law, 76, husband of Diane (Smith) Flynn Law, of Middlebrook, died Sunday, April 8, 2018 at his residence.  He was born January 12, 1942, in Childersburg, Alabama, a son of the late Robert and Mary (Wade) Law. Mr. Law was retired from the U.S. Navy with nearly 20 years of service. Following his retirement from the Navy, he was employed by the Department of Corrections for 18 years and also Dupont.  Frank was a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School.    In addition to his wife, family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Benny Armstrong; a step-son and daughter-in-law, John and Courtney Flynn and their children, Mason and Cooper; three grandchildren, Ryan Armstrong and wife, Allie, Randy Armstrong and fiancé, Jessica Burton, and Ben Armstrong and his friend, Grace Staton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert “Bobby” and Jackie Law, John and Shirley Law, and Ben and Brenda Law; a sister, Maryann Anderson and husband, John; two sisters-in-law, Jane Law and Susan Mestre and her husband, Louie; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be especially missed by his “fur baby”, Rosie.   He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Law.  A graveside service will be conducted at 12 Noon on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery in Lexington by the Rev. Wade Munford. Memorials may be made to your local SPCA or the Humane Society. A special thanks to Intrepid Hospice and Care Advantage, especially his caregiver, Nancy Reichard.  Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
