Arlene F. Waldren

STAUNTON, VA…  Arlene Frances (Woodson) Waldren, 61, of Staunton, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017.  She was born February 14, 1956 in West Virginia, a daughter of the late Ernest and Vada (Jackson) Woodson.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Baby Vada; and a brother Richard Woodson.  She is survived by two daughters, Samara Woodson of Roanoke, VA and Shameka Roman of Lewisburg, WV; two brothers, James G. Woodson of WV and Ernest Woodson of Lyndhurst, VA; four grandchildren, Carter Woodson, Shavod Woodson,  Jackson Roman and Quincy Roman; and several nieces and nephews.  Arlene loved crocheting but mostly her Lord. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, but she will never be forgotten.  A memorial service will be held in Lewisburg, WV at a later date.
