Bonnie J. Shearer
Bonnie Jean Shearer, 56, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at her residence in Stuarts Draft.
She was born on November 15, 1969, in Winchester to Stephen Ray and Barbara Jean Shumaker Bartley.
Bonnie had a deep love for music, especially country, but her all-time favorite singer was Elvis Presley.
She found joy in the simple pleasures of life - traveling to new places, dogs, and making memories with her family - sharing a special bond with her sisters.
Bonnie also enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics. Her heart was rooted in her faith, and she carried a deep love for angels and for Jesus throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Billie Jo Shearer, Julie Ann Via, Jamie Bolden Vessels and her husband, Jesse; and her nieces and nephew, Rhea and Myla Vessels, Dalton McCray, and Logan Waitier.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
