Elizabeth “Beth” Rochelle Howard, 30, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Elizabeth was born on August 6, 1992 in Harrisonburg to Tamara (Bradley) Kincaid and the late James Michael Howard.

She was a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree. She worked as a child case manager at Valley Community Services Board.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Isaac Howard; her grandmother, Nancy Beyeler; her step-father, Dwight Hensley; her beloved fur-baby, Bailey; her aunts and uncles, Cindy Campbell and her husband, Ricky, Cheryl Yoder and her husband, Will, Jeff Bradley, Gail Thomas, and Terry Howard; her great aunt, Marie Strickler; niece, Ellie Howard; nephew, Pax Howard; her special friends, Jake Arbaugh and Sophia Martina; and a number of cousins, special family and friends.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Warner II and Virginia Howard; her maternal grandfather, Robert M. Bradley; and her uncle, Spence “Chubby” Howard.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Unitarian Universalist Church in Waynesboro at 11:00 AM.
