English Brent Taylor
STAUNTON - English Brent Taylor, 74, husband of Marion (McKenney) Taylor passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Augusta Health.
Mr. Taylor was born on December 17, 1947 to the late English Collins and Mary Ann (Loving) Taylor.
He served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church where he was the treasurer.
Mr. Taylor was a wonderful son, husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from Mary Baldwin and JMU where he worked in computer information technology. He loved to travel, go to car shows, and enjoyed gardening.
In addition to his wife who he wed on October 25, 1975, he is survived by his children, Jimie Taylor, Erin and Christopher Wright; and his grandchildren, Alexander Taylor-Smith, Huxleigh Smith, Xavier Wright, and Oliver Wright.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at St. John’s United Methodist Church.
Memorial donations may be made to St. John’s United Methodist Church of Staunton.
