Garland “BJ” Arnell Morris, Jr., 44, husband of Michele Griffin Morris, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at his residence in Verona.
BJ was born on April 21, 1978 in Staunton to Elizabeth Ann (Conner) Morris Devore and the late Garland Arnell Morris, Sr.
He was an auto mechanic with Paul Obaugh in Staunton.
In addition to his loving wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Hunter M. Morris and his partner Courtney Carter; his daughters, Madison T. Morris, Hannah Thomas, Hailey Thomas, and Ashley Adkins; his sister, Amanda K. Morris; his grandson, Maverick Morris; and special family friend, Sabrina Thornton.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Henry Funeral Home.
