Harry William Figgers, Jr. passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at his residence in Staunton.

He was born on November 13, 1944, in Washington, D.C., to the late  Harry William, Sr. and Juanita Meade Figgers.

Harry was a devoted son to his parents, Harry William Sr. and Juanita Figgers. He shared a strong bond with his brothers Ronald Alan Sr. and Carl Ray Figgers, as well as his sister Karen Mae Figgers Linthicum. Together, they formed a close-knit family that brought joy and support to one another throughout their lives.

Harry's life was marked by his service to his country. Honorably serving in the United States Air Force as a sergeant during the Vietnam War, he demonstrated his unwavering commitment to duty, honor, and country.

Beyond his military service, Harry was involved in various hobbies and interests. He had a passion for collecting electronic components and spent hours meticulously curating his collection. His insatiable curiosity led him to explore other collectibles as well; cameras, records, and movies were among his favored treasures.

He is survived by his daughter, Gina Maria Figgers Casarelli; his grandchildren, Teresea L. Brandt and Joanna M. and Danny M. Goren; and his great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Jensen Austin-Good.
