Hazel Lee Fretwell

HAZEL L. FRETWELL STAUNTON, VA… Hazel Lee Fretwell, 85, of Staunton, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. She was born November 11, 1932, in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Marcell Clayton and Nellie (Monroe) Fretwell.Prior to retirement, Miss Fretwell was employed by J. C. Penney. Family members include two sisters, Catherine Elizabeth Fretwell and Emma Berry (Hoyet), all of Staunton; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Earl C. Fretwell. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018, in Thornrose Cemetery. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
