Henry Buren Ham, 74, of Trophy Club, Texas, passed away on May 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on August 17, 1951, in Aberdeen, Maryland, Henry lived a life marked by dedication, strength of character, and an unwavering commitment to those he loved.
Henry built a distinguished career as a skilled tradesman, earning multiple professional certifications and rising to the role of lead power plant engineer. His expertise and steady presence were recognized not only through his technical accomplishments but also through an act of extraordinary courage during his employment at General Motors, where he saved a colleague's life. His work ethic and sense of responsibility defined him both professionally and personally, as he was a dedicated, faithful, and excellent provider to his family.
On a personal level, Henry was a man of firm convictions who never shied away from expressing his beliefs. Those who knew him well valued his loyalty and trustworthiness, knowing that any confidence shared with him would remain safe. He was a proud member of the Masonic fraternity and carried a deep respect for the men and women who served in the United States military.
Henry's greatest passion was photography, particularly capturing images of military fighter jets, a hobby he devoted himself to for decades with his beloved Canon camera. He was also an avid football fan, following the sport from the collegiate level through professional ranks, and he enjoyed occasionally attending theater productions. Together with his wife, Carol, he traveled to several countries and throughout the United States, building a lifetime of shared memories.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Gray Ham; his son, Shannon Rolfe Cullop; his daughter, Regent Victoria Ham; and his brothers, William Spencer Ham and Steven Wesley Ham. Henry always supported Carol in her endeavors, and his family was the center of his world.
He is at peace in the Lord's eternal care, resting now beyond all suffering.
