Jean A. Tuning
Jean Arlis Tuning, 85, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at her residence.
Ms. Tuning was born on August 20, 1936 in Williamsville, VA to the late Walter and Vada (Pullin) Tuning.
She worked for Wilson Trucking and retired from Genicom after 30 years of service.
She is survived by a brother, Joseph Tuning (Geri); a sister, Ann Crummett; a special nephew, Denny Marshall; a special friend, Sarah Robertson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, William Tuning and two sisters, Maxine Kincaid and Ellen Marshall.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 4, 2022 by Rev. Jonathan Greer in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Thornrose Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Ricky Kincaid, Glen Tuning, Billy Tuning, Greg Tuning, Tim Tuning, and Denny Marshall.
