Jeffrey A. Cline

Jeffrey Alan Cline, 66, Passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Augusta Health in Fisherville.

He was born on April 30, 1959, in Augusta County to the late Warren Samuel Cline and the late Mary Jane Craun Bailes.

Jeffrey enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved camping and spending time outdoors, and he was a big football fan. Jeffrey proudly supported the Dallas Cowboys and always enjoyed watching their games.

He is survived by his wife, Melinda Sue Eavers Carpenter; his children, Kelley Brooks and her husband, Bucky, Scott Cline and his fiancé, Jane, and Haley Carpenter; his grandchildren, Aaron and Alyson Brooks, and Clara Jo Cline; his brother, Steven Cline and his wife, Vanessa; his in-laws, Cecil and Phyllis Juanita Eavers; and his beloved dog, Murphy.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Sangerville Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Bridgewater.
