Jeffrey Glenn Wood

Jeffrey “Glenn” Wood, 66, husband of Katie (Baber) Wood, of Churchville, died Monday, February 8, 2021, at his residence.

He was born May 14, 1954, in Augusta County, a son of Edith Isabelle (Phillips) Wood and the late Chesley H. Wood.

Mr. Wood was employed by Charlie Obaugh and he previously owned and operated Glenn’s Used Cars for over 28 years.

He attended Jerusalem Chapel and was a member of Churchville Ruritan.

In addition to his wife and mother, family members include a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Cindy Wood; a granddaughter, Kirsten Wood; and a brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Jeanette Wood.

He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Wood.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2021, at Jerusalem Chapel by the Rev. Dennis Sites.

The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
