Jerry W. Armentrout

Jerry Wayne Armentrout, 64, husband of Kathy (Lynn) Armentrout, died Monday, August 23, 2021 at Augusta Health.

Mr. Armentrout was born on March 27, 1957 in Fishersville to the late Floyd M. and May Ann (Robinson) Armentrout.

He was a tow truck driver for 40+ years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Lawrence Armentrout; two sisters, Donna Armentrout and Phyllis Armentrout; seven sons, Jerry, Chris, Steven, Lionel, Michael, Jeffrey and Derek Armentrout; three daughters, Crystal, Megan and Kateleen Armentrout; three step sons, James Puffenbarger, Charles Stokes and Michael Stokes; one step daughter, Amanda Brewer; 37 grandchildren; and five great step grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2021at Henry Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 28, 2021 in Thornrose Cemetery. The family requests that attendees wear a high visibility safety shirt.

Active pallbearers will be his sons and grandson.
