JOHN R. RODGERS RICHMOND, VA John Robert Rodgers, 52, of 5832 West Tower Drive, Richmond, died Saturday, September 28, 2013, at his residence. He was born November 28, 1960, in Staunton, a son of Eva Lee (Shultz) Rodgers and the late Robert N. "Bob" Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers was employed by the State of Virginia. In addition to his mother, family members include a brother, Mark Stuart Rodgers of Staunton; a sister, Cynthia Collins Rodgers of Staunton; and an aunt and uncle, Mary Ann Shultz Goff and Charles Goff of Winchester. There will be no public viewing or services. The body was cremated. Memorials may be made to the SPCA, P.O. Box 2014, Staunton, VA 24402. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
