Katherine R. Blosser

Katherine Rebecca Rhodes Blosser, 90, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah House in Fishersville.

She was born on January 20, 1936, in Augusta County, the daughter of the late Dylmus Sylvester and Lille Ethel White Rhodes.

She was a faithful member of the Hildebrand Mennonite Church in Waynesboro.

Her love for reading and books brought her much happiness, and she enjoyed collecting Depression glass.

Katherine is survived by her daughter, Carol Diane Blosser Rowland and her husband, Roger; her grandchildren, Sean Rowland and Stacy Rowland; her nephew and niece, Dwayne Rhodes and LaDonna Rhodes; and her brother, John Thomas Rhodes.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Augusta Memorial Park in Waynesboro with Pastor Kevin Gasser officiating.
