LUELLA Y. OBERG STAUNTON, VA Luella Mae (Yingling) Oberg, 94, wife of Norman Walter Oberg, of 116 Red Oaks Drive, died Sunday, February 5, 2012, at her residence. She was born July 12, 1917, in Tarentum, PA a daughter of the late James A. and Mabel (Campsie) Yingling. Mrs. Oberg was a secretary of Objective Industries in Fishersville for 35 years. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed golf, loved to dance, and traveled to 35 countries. In addition to her husband, family members include three sons, Ronald N. Oberg, James E. Oberg, and David L. Oberg; a daughter, Marilyn O. Rimel; a brother, Calvin Dean Yingling; twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, James, George, and Leroy Yingling. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Henry Funeral Home.
