Mary D. McCoy

Mary Louise Davis McCoy, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Augusta Health Shenandoah House in Fishersville.

She was born on October 21, 1957, in New Jersey to the late Ronald Wayne and Annabelle Willie Plogger Davis.

Mary was known for her strong will and stubborn spirit, which she carried proudly throughout her life. Those who knew her best will remember her unwavering love and fierce loyalty to her family. She was a dedicated CNA and a natural caretaker, always putting others' needs before her own.

She found joy in the little things, thrifting for hidden treasures, sipping her coffee, and spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she adored.

She is survived by her daughters, Alisha Nicole McCoy and Wendy Lou Ann Bryant Birotte; her son, Ronald Lee Bryant her sisters, Frances A. Davis Bucko and her husband, Andrew, Katherine Davis Reed, and Maddie Joy Davis Masevicius and her husband, David; her grandchildren, Audrianna and Lilyana Balser, Ava Alexia Birotte, Keenan Alexander Byant and his fiancé, Heather Weiss, and Emily and Katelynn Bryant; and her great grandchildren, Salem Dennis Bryant, and Ethen Myles Desesso-Williams.
