Phillip N. Pannell
Phillip Nathaniel Pannell, 49, husband of Martha Frazier Pannell, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on June 20, 1973 in Charlottesville to John Michael Tapscott and Laura Ellen Pannell.
Phillip was owner and operator of PNP Home Improvement and loved building and
remodeling. His love of sports included baseball, football (Redskins especially) and the Little League World Series in Pennsylvania. He also loved to travel.
He loved spending time with his family, especially the love of his life, his son Brailyn. Phillip loved everybody and was very kindhearted. He loved attending Victory Worship Center where he had many dear friends.
In addition to his wife of twenty-four years and parents, he is survived by his son, Brailyn Phillip Wells; step-son, Thomas Mark Stevens; step-daughter, Ashley Christina Stevens; sister, Joni Michael Pannell; niece, Kierstin LaRissa Pannell; nephews, Khaleb Isaiah Pannell and Aaron Phillip Pannell.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 8, 2023 in the Henry Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Ray Eppard. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
