Phoenix K. Clark

Phoenix Kane Clark passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the University Medical Center in Charlottesville.

He was born on February 4, 2025, in Harrisonburg to Blake Matthew Clark and Cherish Jorden Decole Via.

Though his time was brief, Phoenix touched the hearts of many. He was known for his infectious smile and joyful spirit, leaving a lasting impression on all who met him. Affectionately called “Mr. Mans” by his Grandma Rena, his presence was a cherished source of love and light.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Eza'Mae Alora Clark; his grandmothers, Rena Boyett and Rosa Kay Coonley; his great-grandmother, Jetus Hitt; and his many aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, George R. Hitt, Jr.; his great-grandmother, Susan Fitzgerald; and his great-uncle, George R. Hitt, III.

A funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Henry Funeral Home in Staunton.
