ROBERT M. DESPER STAUNTON, VA Robert Madison Desper, 84, widower of Ulla Necessary Desper, of Staunton, died Friday, May 23, 2014, at Augusta Health, Fishersville. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by the Rev. Russell Heinrich. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
