Sharon Leigh Zimmerman, 66, passed away on February 9, 2023 at Shenandoah House in Fishersville with her family by her side.
Sharon was born on May 20, 1956 in Waynesboro to the late Joseph Hoye Campbell and Antoinette Rita Brown Sutton.
She worked in food service all her life and was an active member of First Baptist Church of Staunton.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Morgan and her husband, Joseph; her son, Adam Zimmerman; her brother, Joseph Michael Campbell; her sister, Rita Campbell Bellott; and her grandchildren, Eli, Jonah, and Naomi.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her half-brother, Hugh D. Sutton; her step-father, Hugh Sutton, Sr.; and her sister-in-law, Darlene Campbell.
There will be a service at a later date.
