Sue M. Nichols
Sue Mason (McIntyre) Nichols, 88, passed away on January 10, 2022, at Kings Daughters Health and Rehab.
Ms. Nichols was born on July 27, 1933, to the late William T. and Harriet (Hogshead) McIntyre in Staunton VA.
Ms. Nichols was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a son, Richard W. Stevens; two brothers, Richard H. McIntyre and William T. McIntyre, Jr.; and two grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine H. Collins.
A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at the Henry Funeral Home Chapel and will be officiated by Ruth Graham and Chaplain Russell Heinrich. Interment will be in Thornrose Cemetery. The family request all attendees wear a mask due to COVID-19.
The family would like to express heartfelt appreciation for the loving care given by the staff of Kings Daughters Health and Rehab.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Henry Funeral Home.
