Susan Gayle Ford, 68, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Augusta Health.
Susan was born on August 8, 1953 to the late Thomas Mays and Mary (Bryant) Crickenberger.
Mawmaw loved being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She retired from Alcoa after many years and was a member of Staunton Church of the Brethren and Victory Worship Center.
She is survived by her two sons, Matthew DePriest (Tonya) and Mark DePriest; daughter, Stacy Dinkle; two sisters, Teresa Goodwin and Michelle Hoffman (Ron); four grandsons, Derek Dinkle, Caleb DePriest, Blake DePriest, and Franklin Martin, III (Kayley); three granddaughters, Tabatha Wetzel (life partner, Eric Neely), Savanah Powers, and Mattie DePriest; two great-grandsons, Ryder and Kyson Neely; numerous other family members; and her five dogs, Bella, Taz, Furby, Scooby-Doo, and Taffy.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Henry Funeral Home.
