WILLIAM M. EWING STAUNTON, VA William M. Ewing, 76, died Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Emeritus of Staunton. He was born October 19, 1936, to William Ewing and Harriet (Echols) Ewing Hanger. Mr. Ewing was a graduate of Harvard University. Family members include a brother, James Echols Ewing; a twin brother, Duncan Ewing; a sister, Harriet Echols Hanger; and a niece and nephews.
